Jay Atz Lead Guitar, Lead and Back Up Vocals
Please welcome our second new member of Renegades, Jay Atz.
Jay is one of our newest members of Renegades and brings to the table an "Old School" approach to his guitar and soulful vocals. A life long devotee of the Chicago blues sound, with strong influences from Buddy Guy, Howlin’ Wolf and Otis Redding. Jay blends his Northern Blues sound with the Southern Rock of the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top with a dash of England, from Eric Clapton, Robin Trower and just a touch of Hendrix to serve up the best classic rock chili in North Texas. Don’t overlook his smokin’ harmonica. Jay makes his harp cry with a lover’s broken heart or cut you like a razor at a Juke Joint Saturday night. Too Hot To Handle And Too Cold To Hold!

Kevin Cozzo Keyboards, Lead and Back Up Vocals
Please welcome the newest memeber of Renegades band.
Kevin is a Dallas native and has played with several bands such as Rebel Soul, Plastic Sunshine, Victim, Jade and a variety of other area bands. "I began playing drums in high school. I started in playing sax but it really didn't ring my bell. The drum section must have really sucked because the band conductor (coincidentally, a drum instructor) was always giving the percussion section pointers in fromt of the whole band. It was like getting lessons for free."
While in the band Plastic Sunshine, Kevin began singing lead vocals while playing. It was during that time he fell in love with the piano. " Some close friends of mine needed a temporary home for an old piano. I kept it for a while, and all the band memebers could play some, so....once again....free lessons."
Kevin plays a Kurtzwiel and a Roland through a Peavey amp.
